Nexoura Designs – Service Policy & Payment Terms
1. Project Confirmation
A project is considered confirmed once the client approves the proposal and the required advance payment has been received.
Work will begin only after:
- Project requirements are provided
- Advance payment is received
- Necessary content and materials are submitted
2. Payment Terms
Website Design & Development Services
Payment Structure:
- 50% Initial Deposit (Required Before Work Begins)
- 50% Final Payment (Required Before Website Launch and Handover)
Additional Services
Custom development, AI automation, chatbot integrations, content creation, SEO services, and any additional requests outside the original project scope may be quoted and billed separately.
3. Project Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Starter Package: 2–4 Business Days
- Pro Package: 5–10 Business Days
- Business Package: 15–20 Business Days
Project timelines may be extended if the client delays feedback, approvals, content submissions, or required project materials.
4. Revision Policy
Starter Package
- Up to 2 revision rounds included
Pro Package
- Up to 3 revision rounds included
Business Package
- Unlimited minor revisions during the active project period
Additional revisions or major design changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project information
- Submit required content, images, logos, and branding materials
- Review and provide feedback promptly
- Approve project milestones within a reasonable timeframe
Delays in providing required materials may affect project delivery timelines.
6. Project Delivery
Final project files and assets will be delivered after full payment has been received.
Deliverables may include:
- Website Files
- Website Login Credentials
- AI Chatbot Setup
- Automation Chatbot
- Project Documentation
- Other agreed deliverables
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to the completed website and deliverables created specifically for the project.
Third-party software, plugins, themes, stock assets, licensed tools, and external services remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
8. Cancellation Policy
The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled after work has started:
- Payments made for completed work will not be refunded
- Nexoura Designs reserves the right to charge for work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any completed work may be provided at our discretion
9. Support Policy
Support is included according to the selected package.
Support may include:
- Bug Fixes
- Minor Updates
- Technical Assistance
Requests outside the agreed project scope may require a separate service fee.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nexoura Designs shall not be held responsible for:
- Third-party platform outages
- Hosting provider issues
- Domain registrar issues
- Client-provided content errors
- Losses resulting from misuse of website credentials
11. Acceptance of Terms
By making payment and approving the project, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Service Policy & Payment Terms.
Nexoura Designs reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
